The next generation of mental health – integrated, body-based, and highly effective. For hotels and companies that want real results.
Welcome
EYZE Rethinking Psychology
Mental presence, clarity and relaxation do not emerge from standard programmes. Most mental health services are short-lived and superficial. Hotlines, standard coaching and wellness programmes address the symptoms, not the causes.
EYZE takes a deeper approach.
Combining scientific psychology, modern body therapy, complementary techniques and physiological stabilisation, EYZE takes a boutique approach that is confidential, precise and sustainable.
*„eyze“ [ˈʔɪ̯tsə] originates from Yiddish and means advice, wise suggestion, life guidance, wisdom.

First-class support for people who have a lot to carry
Mental strength begins within.
EYZE is the boutique EAP for companies that take mental health seriously. Personal, somatically based psychological support replaces superficial hotline models – discreet, effective and without diagnostic pressure. For managers and employees who carry a lot of responsibility – and want to remain clear-headed, stable and capable of acting.
Inner clarity. Relief.
EYZE integrates evidence-based psychology and body-oriented regulation into a discreet, fully planable premium offering for your venue. Private counselling, body therapy, intensive couples' days and retreats empower your guests in challenging moments in their lives – effectively, calmly and professionally guided. This allows you to expand your wellness portfolio with a unique, scientifically based feature that sets you apart from the competitors.
The holistic approach to mental health
EYZE combines evidence-based talk therapy, alternative methods, body-oriented nervous system regulation and micronutrient coaching into a holistic approach that goes far beyond traditional wellness, HR and health formats. This creates a space for hotels and companies where mental clarity, physical relief and genuine inner relaxation become accessible again. en.
The four pillars of EYZE
1. Talk therapy
Well-founded psychological support that provides guidance, relief and inner clarity – calm, discreet and professional.
2. Alternative methods
Complementary methods that incorporate intuitive, somatic and unconscious processes. For approaches that go beyond purely cognitive work.
3. Nervous system regulation through bodywork
Modern body-oriented techniques that process stress, calm the autonomic nervous system and enable a form of relaxation that is not achievable mentally.
4. Micronutrient coaching & psycho-physiological balance
Targeted analysis and optimisation of physical resources: micronutrients, energy balance, sleep and regeneration as the basis for stable mental health.
Resilience
These four pillars give hotels and companies access to psychological expertise that goes far beyond traditional wellness, HR or health formats. EYZE creates a space where mental clarity, physical relief and genuine inner relaxation become accessible again.
In this way, mental health becomes not an additional offering, but a strategic resource for leaders who carry the weight, for teams that remain resilient, and for guests who seek genuine regeneration.

“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our power to choose our response.”
Viktor E. Frankl
